The Fratt Historical Condominiums project was a full renovation of a 102- year-old Catholic school in downtown Billings. The project consisted of renovating all 3-stories into 13 high end condos. The 20,000sf building had a fast-paced schedule of 7 months that included new structural members, elevator, parking structure, extensive MEP upgrades, and high-end finishes.
