DIAMOND X BEER CO. was constructed as a two-story wood-framed structure in the new commercial development at the corner of 54th Street West and Grand Avenue. The facility included a 9,042 SF main level restaurant and brewery, 1,996 SF of mezzanine space, an attached brewing facility, and a spacious 2,460 SF outdoor patio. Jones Construction completed the project along with all related site improvements, delivering a vibrant destination tailored for both functionality and guest experience.
