MODERN MACHINERY teamed up with Jones Construction for a robust new heavy equipment sales and repair facility. 30′ insulated sandwich concrete tilt-up panels form the exterior walls, while natural rock veneer with synthetic plaster adds accents. The copper roof system on the office areas completes the overall look.
Details continue inside with clear maple doors & trim, custom designed work stations and a conference room with high tech audio/visual performance systems. The service area is heavy-duty with 8″ thick, heavily reinforced concrete floor slabs and an embedded train rail for maintaining track type equipment. A 10 ton traveling bridge crane covering the entire shop area helps with the heavy lifting.
